DoIT Operations will use OOB Chat in the event that Microsoft Teams is unavailable.
All members of the OOB Google Group can access OOB chat. Non-DoIT staff will need to request access.
In the event that NetID Login is affecting access to Google Chat, you can access the DoIT Operations chat (Microsoft Teams) using "Guest Access" with your non-UW account.
